Restructuring, execution of renovation, and layout of an apartment on Rue de l’Université in Paris in collaboration with Véronique COTREL agency, project manager.

This apartment, located in one of the oldest districts of Paris, has been completely restored. The work required special attention due to the pre-Haussmann structure. The wooden floors and walls were restored, and a significant part of the floors and facade had to be redone. The extensive work has given the building a new lease of life.

Additionally, the interior architecture was redesigned to create a modern space rooted in its neighborhood and era. The entrance was entirely reimagined, providing access to the main living area and a large storage space. The bright and cross-lit living area includes a living room and a dining room, with custom-made cornices and wall decorations. A new fireplace, flanked by two alcoves, creates a warm atmosphere.

The kitchen, custom-made in warm-toned walnut, offers a practical dining area for everyday use. A majestic wine cellar creates a visual link with the living room and offers additional storage.

The master suite, created with particular attention, includes a discreet teleworking space. The bright bathroom includes a bathtub and a shower area.
